Please call 02 8404 0567 to make an appointment to avoid unnecessary waiting for you and others.  We suggest that you call us to schedule an appointment 4-8 weeks in advance so that we may be able to accommodate your schedule.

Please complete some forms (click here) and bring it in along with doctor referral (GP), medicare and/or private health insurance card, child's Blue Book and other important documents or investigations for your first appointment.

If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment, please inform us as early as you can. If you are late, we may need to ask you to reschedule your appointment. 


We charge an additional amount (gap) depending on the complexity and length of the consultation, which is the portion of the consultation fee which will not be covered by Medicare. It is important that you understand this gap prior to receiving treatment. Payment is required at the time of the consultation. 

In some cases we may bulk bill some families for support. “Bulk billing” items refer to conditions that are covered by Medicare and its qualifying criteria. Details are available at the Department of Health and Ageing’s Medicare Benefits Schedule.
